Grape variety: 100 % Pinot Noir.
Average vine age: 10 years.
Winemaking and maturation: stainless steel vats.
Maturation on lees for between 10 and 12 months.
Tasting: Red Fruits aromas (cherrie and plum) and peony notes.
A tense and mineral palate, with a mineral finish.
Ageing potential: 5 to 8 years.
