Our Chablis vines are located in the town of Courgis and planted on moderately deep Kimmeridgian limestone clay soil. The plots selected for this wine enjoy southeastern exposure. |
Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay.
Average vine age: 30 years.
Winemaking and maturation: Stainless steel vats.
Maturation on lees for between 6 and 8 months.
Tasting: White flower aromas (hawthorn and acacia)
and citrus notes. A tense and lively palate,
with a mineral finish.
Ageing potential: 6 to 8 years.
Vintage available for sale: 2020.
