Our Chablis vines are located in the town of Chablis and planted on moderately deep Kimmeridgian limestone clay soil. The Climat is Montmains. |
Grape variety: 100 % Chardonnay.
Average vine age: 25 ans.
Winemaking and maturation: stainless steel vats.
Maturation long on lees for between 12 and 18 months.
Tasting: nose is mineral and powerful, in a tense and pencil mouth.
It’s a cuvée de caractère !
Ageing potential: 5 to 15 years.
