Irancy is one of the most typical villages in the Auxerrois vineyards. Pinot Noir develops some stunning expressions in its limestone soils. |

Average vine age: 30 years.
Winemaking and maturation: Stainless steel vats and casks depending on the vintage.
Maturation for between 12 and 18 months.
Tasting: Very fruity, with intense sour cherry aromas.
The palate is refined and delicate.
Ageing potential: 10 years.
Vintage available for sale: 2019.
