| Our Petit Chablis comes from a vineyard area located near the village of Chablis. It’s a very stony plot that gives the wine a fresh and lively character. |
Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay.
Average vine age: 20 years.
Winemaking and maturation: Stainless steel vats.
Maturation on lees for 6 months.
Tasting: The nose expresses a stony aromatic structure
with flint, as well as citrus and menthol notes.
The palate is tight with a mineral finish.
Ageing potential: 3 to 5 years.
